Dawson Reimer proceeded from a Masters Degree in Economic Development, University of Waterloo to be employed as a full-time consultant to the Federal Department of Western Diversification. In this capacity he conducted entrepreneurship training and developed a business start-up curriculum. Beginning in 1996, he served as Business Development/Investor Relations with Genesys Pharma Inc. He was also project director for the establishment of the company's new research and GMP pharmaceutical production facility. In 1997 he began conducting business activities for Genesys Venture Inc. where he has assisted numerous biotechnology venutres in developing business plans, obtaining financing and developing intellectual property protection.
